Help me locate this artist

Help me find this artist, he's a webcomic artist.

His work is somewhere on the Internet and I need his permission to use this drawing to create a "HOWTO: Convert a small image to vector tutorial using Inkscape".

Why this drawing? It's not a logo and it's complex enough.

Why not do it without permission? Because I trust the community will come to help.

This drawing was one of the panels for his web comic, there's another one I can distinctively remember, which is called Insomnia (and had a drawing of him as an insomniac), vaguely i can remember some stuff about procrastination.

Help me find him to ask for his blessing.

So disregard any copyright notice you seem below on DeviantArt as it's clearly not mine, this is just the only image i could find searching for Batmandito using google image search (and right there, the image is a lowres copy used as a profile pic for a myspace user). This image is the almost final result of vectorizing a low res drawing by hand.

I will deeply appreciate the community's help on this one.
