Why? The way I used to use DevArt was mostly for photo edits. I mostly used real images from free stock accounts to do so. In the past, others have asked me to take down old gallery entries, while even DevArt destroyed/lost many others or simply decided I had not enough permission... In any case, the point is that I was using someone's likeness (with permission) and the changes proposed by DevArt about training AIs with its contents means the usage of someone's photos on it... Something which is icky, from my own beliefs and for which I know nothing about legal ramifications. So I've decided that I will not be responsible if DevArt ends up using the likeness of a model that graciously provided their likeness for my pieces to be used by a machine generated monstrosity. All pieces with images of real people (edited or not) have been deleted. I will not delete this account... Not yet anyways. Hey! This account has been with me for half my life now... "Hate art". It strikes me as utterly disgusting how some people can glorify horrors of which they know nothing of.   I find it almost funny how they need to explain their "deviations" to somehow avoid getting under the once proficient ban-hammer (now reduced to a mere joke). *Almost* funny. I also find almost funny how they don't want to partake of this "multiculturalism brainwash" but also use it to shield themselves from critiques or opposing points of view and demand that their views be respected by others.
